STEP ON® INSTANT CONNECTION™ SYSTEM: quick in, quick out. The Step On® Instant Connection™ system is the only automatic binding system that meets Union standards for performance, durability, comfort, and functionality. Simply step your heel into the binding to engage the heel clip, then press down your toes until you hear a click. To release, pull the lever at the back of the binding and rotate your foot. It's that simple.
